Indo-Swiss Training Centre (ISTC) of CSIR-Central Scientific Instruments Organisation(CSIR-CSIO) was established in the year 1963 in collaboration with the Swiss Foundation for Technical Assistance, Switzerland.
Indo-Swiss Training Centre offers admission to Diploma courses. Admission is open to Boys and Girls who have passed their qualifying examination from recognized boards / school in India. Admission will be given on the basis of merit in the Entrance Test to be conducted by ISTC.
ISTC is mainly famous due to reputed companies visiting for campus placements every year.
After completing Diploma You are placed in a good company and continue studying corresponding A.M.I.E.
Or eligible for leet exam which is another entrance exam for B. Tech conducted by various top ranked Universities like THAPAR University, PU,IP University, Delhi,MIT Manipal,Haryana etc.
There are very few seats approximate 108 seats and competition is very high as lots of students apply for the test due to the high reputation of institute.
